Bristol Launch

Combined Insurance teamed up local newspaper, the Bristol Evening Post to launch the fourth community awards programme in Bristol on the 11th of June 2004.

The Community Awards programme, called “Make it Happen”, gave away a share of a £10,000 prize pool to people, groups and charities who wanted to benefit the community in the Bristol area.

Later in the year, a panel of judges decided which of the awards entries were most beneficial to the community and most deserving of the cash, then award winners will be invited to a special awards ceremony.
